-    Where can I sign up?

-    Where can I enquire about bills?
Our main office. 231-3890/2, 225-4185. 2264114

-    Where can I pay my bills?
Main Branch, Bill Express, Bill Direct, Demerara Bank, Citizen Bank.

-    What is the payment period?
Monthly, Quarterly, Semi annually and yearly.  The payment deadline is the 3rd day of every month.

-    How long does it take to install?
Within 7 working days, Ceteris paribus.

Other Questions
-     What equipment do I need to provide?
Power protection-  APC  UPS Battery Backup.

-    Do I need another antenna if I already have one service?
Yes. Both services require their own antennae.

-    Can I have temporary suspension of service?
Yes. Customers are asked to notify us in writing one month before the month of suspension.
Customers are allowed one month of suspension per year.

-    If I’m moving to a new location, what should I do?
Contact our offices to arrange the transferral of the equipment and find out about associated costs.
